United States shipping at launch. Our first collection is in development, and checkout is currently closed.
Before orders open
We plan to ship to U.S. addresses only at launch. International delivery is not available. We will publish carrier options, shipping charges, production lead times, and delivery estimates before enabling checkout. Any restrictions for territories, military addresses, Alaska or Hawaii will appear before purchase. A saved bag or email signup is not an order and does not reserve stock.
Returns and exchanges
Our proposed launch policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered standard products with tags and original protective packaging. Contact us for authorization and the correct return address before shipping. We plan for customers to cover change-of-mind return shipping and for Cowboy For All to cover confirmed defects or incorrect items. Final terms will appear on our Refund Policy before orders open.
Delays or damaged goods
Our future order process will provide a clear contact route for delays, transit damage, and incorrect items. We will communicate material delivery changes and available cancellation or refund options. This page will be updated when fulfillment is confirmed.
