Effective September 7, 2026. This policy describes the current Cowboy For All launch website.
Information you choose to share
The launch form collects your email address and your consent to receive brand updates. The contact form collects your name, email, topic, message, and permission to respond. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive data in a message. Browsing a faith collection is not a declaration of your beliefs.
How we use information
We use signup information for requested Cowboy For All launch news and occasional brand updates, and contact details to review and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information or use collection browsing to infer religion or ethnicity. No marketing emails are sent automatically by this website.
Storage and service providers
The site runs on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, accessible to authorized project administrators. Hosting services may process technical request logs, IP addresses, and device information for delivery and security. The form protection system uses a one-way hash of an IP address with a time window, without placing the raw IP address in submission records. Data may be processed in the United States.
Your shopping bag and cookies
Your shopping bag is stored in this browser’s local storage. It is not an account or a reservation. Clearing site data removes it. We do not currently install advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Hosting security may use essential technical mechanisms.
Retention and your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your signup or inquiry information through the contact form under Privacy request. Include only the email needed to identify your request. Future marketing emails must provide an unsubscribe route. We retain information only as needed for the stated purpose, applicable obligations, or a request in progress. We review old launch records when the collection opens or the project changes.
Payments and children
Checkout is currently closed and this website does not collect card data. If payments open, Stripe will process payment information under its own privacy terms and this policy will be updated. The site is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek their personal information.
Questions and changes
Use the Contact page and select Privacy request to reach the Cowboy For All team. We may update this policy as the business launches and will revise the effective date when material practices change.
